Our Team
Our team at Adam's House of Hope provides a welcoming community space for Sullivan and nearby areas, combining professional expertise, lived experience, and volunteers to offer programs, resources, and outreach. We maintain a safe, respectful environment for recovery services, crisis help, education, and companionship, strengthening community resilience and connection.
Kryslin serves as the Director of Strategy and Finance, where she helps guide the organization’s vision while ensuring the resources and programs are positioned to best serve the community.
Kryslin does this work because she believes deeply in the mission and in the people the organization serves. She believes their voices matter and their lives matter.
Her passion is also rooted in personal experience. Kryslin knows what it feels like to walk through difficult seasons and to need hope, support, and community. Having once been in a place not unlike many of the people the organization serves, she is driven by the desire to offer others the same hope and encouragement that helped change her own life.
She thinks of the grandparents raising their grandchildren who come through the doors for diapers, the students who go to school without coats and the teachers who quietly reach out asking for help. She thinks of the individuals who once overdosed every other day and are now thriving in Medication Assisted Treatment programs, celebrating years of recovery. She thinks of the mothers who are pregnant and unhoused, and the people carrying so much trauma that substances once felt like the only way to cope.
These are the people who inspire Kryslin to show up every single day.
Kryslin is passionate about serving those in the community who feel forgotten, people who are struggling to find hope and simply need someone to believe in them. She believes that hope, compassion, and community support can truly change lives.

Sarah serves as the Director of Operations and Programs, helping ensure that the work we do every day reaches the people who need it most.
Her passion for this work is deeply personal. Sarah’s younger brother, Adam, passed away while in jail. His loss profoundly shaped her life and fuels her commitment to advocating for people who are often overlooked, struggling, or written off by society.
Because of Adam, Sarah understands how critical compassion, support, and access to resources can be for individuals navigating addiction, trauma, and instability. She is driven by the belief that every person deserves dignity, understanding, and the opportunity for a different path.
Sarah is known for her compassionate heart, unwavering loyalty, and kindness. She brings both empathy and determination to her role, working tirelessly to ensure that the programs we provide truly serve the needs of our community.
For Sarah, this work is more than a profession, it is a way to honor her brother’s memory by helping others find hope, support, and a chance at a better future.
